Lakeside-Milam Recovery Center Contact Information

In one sense addiction treatment is a series of extended dialogues. Families and friends of addicts seek help and call or write us to learn more about the disease and what they can do to help. When patients enter treatment counselors begin an educational dialogue that continues in the patient’s group and ends in the understanding of the effects of the disease and an acceptance of the path to recovery. Families meanwhile come to dialogue with staff about how to transform unhealthy dynamics into healthy family behaviors. We invite you to contact us to begin your own dialogue. We are here to answer your questions, and respond to your needs. Talking about addiction begins to strip it of its power. Silence and inaction are the soil in which addiction thrives.
