CARF Accreditation

Establishing Standards
CARF is the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. It is a private, not-for-profit organization that establishes standards of quality for services to people with disabilities. Adherence to these standards is then measured through an on-site review of the organization. CARF is the nationally recognized accreditation authority whose sole concern is to promote quality services for people with disabilities.

In upholding our role as the Pacific Northwest’s treatment leader, Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers is proud to announce that we have sought and achieved accreditation for all of our 12 treatment centers through CARF.

Recently, we have been awarded our third consecutive three-year accreditation for all LMRC centers (the maximum level of accreditation afforded by CARF). The CARF accreditation team also honored Lakeside-Milam with some favorable feedback, which we feel reflects well on all of our other centers. Below are listed some of the comments from the award letter:
