Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers Alumni Group

Only requirement for membership is 1) to have been a patient at any Lakeside-Milam Treatment Center and completed either inpatient, or phase I of IOP, or 2) a family member, or 3) be a friend of a patient who completed either inpatient, or phase I of IOP.

The Alumni Group is an organization that has been established to provide ongoing communication and resources to our most valuable resource – you! In our 27 years of treating the disease of addiction our alumni have been the largest source of referrals to our programs. Thank you for your trust.

We will be putting together some future events to celebrate recovery and the fellowship that we all share. Our hope is that this will continue to enrich your path that started when your surrender occurred and you allowed Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers to assist you in your recovery.

In 2010, Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers is celebrating 27 years of treating alcoholism and other drug addictions. The annual Alumni Picnic celebration is going to be the biggest and best ever. Put Saturday, July 31st on your calendar and make sure you don’t miss it! Please feel free to bring your family and friends to help celebrate recovery. We are expecting a great turnout. If you have been to this event in the past you know what a fun day it is. If you have not attended before, you’ll be glad that you came. It has become a standing tradition of the past quarter century.

We invite your correspondence and, in addition, we are here to serve you.
